It's Yours. Print the Scorecard First.
Two things before you press play.
Print the scorecard. You'll be marking it as we go, and doing this in your head doesn't work nearly as well. If you can't print right now, come back when you can, or at least grab a notebook paper and number 1-10 for your answers.
And be honest in there. The yellow light is the right answer more often than you want it to be, and if you round every yellow up to green you'll get a lovely number and learn nothing.

Read the three next moves at the end of your results and pick one. Not three... One!
I mean that. The most common thing that happens after a check like this is a woman finds five things she wants to fix, tries to fix all five at once, and does none of them. Pick the one that made you wince a little. That's usually the right one.
Then hit reply to the email I just sent you and tell me two things: your number, and the question you scored lowest on. I read every one of these myself.
